1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the PayBee platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you may not access or use the Service. PayBee reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, with notice provided via the platform or email.
2. Service Description
PayBee provides cryptocurrency payment processing services, including payment gateway APIs, invoice generation, custody wallets, subscription billing, and payout processing. The Service enables merchants and agents to accept, manage, and settle cryptocurrency payments.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use the Service. By using PayBee, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that your use of the Service does not violate any applicable laws or regulations in your jurisdiction.
4. Account Registration
To access the Service, you must create an account with accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must immediately notify PayBee of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service for any illegal purpose, money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or any activity that violates applicable laws. PayBee reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in prohibited activities.
6. Fees and Payments
PayBee charges transaction fees as described on our Pricing page. Fees are subject to change with 30 days' notice. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. Custom rates may be negotiated for Enterprise accounts.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by PayBee and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
8. API Usage
Access to the PayBee API is governed by our API documentation and rate limits. You agree not to exceed rate limits, reverse-engineer the API, or use it in a way that could harm the Service or other users.
9. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
10. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall PayBee be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. PayBee's total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PayBee and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
12. Termination
PayBee may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Any pending payouts will be processed according to our standard settlement schedule.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which PayBee operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
